We are hiring our next Technical Analyst to perform within the most interesting projects.
Your Daily Tasks:
- Capture, document, and maintain business and IT stakeholder requirements through intake meetings/workshops.
- Translate and maintain business and IT stakeholder requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Clearly document and maintain the 2BE solution functionally and non-functionally (technical component interaction) including applicable user flows or use cases in business processes or flows; required data items; Mockups/wireframes; user acceptance criteria.
- Draft and maintain the functional domain model.
- Translate requirements into Features, User Stories, and Tasks for our own development team or for contributing IT Tribes; Set up sessions with IT to communicate our needs.
- Perform work breakdown and estimation sessions with our development team.
- Perform and coordinate (functional/technical) solution testing: Draft functional and end-to-end test plan and test cases for applicable use cases; Execute test cases and provide feedback to development team.
- Work closely together with the squad Product Owners to plan and prioritize the delivery; Perform close follow-up of IT delivery.
You have :
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as IT business analyst in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment.
- Must have: UML (functional modelling), Mockups/Wireframes, Java, Web applications (React, Angular), SQL (Oracle), API (REST, Swagger), HTTPS/SSL.
- Nice to have: Private cloud, SMTP, Event driven architectures, Messaging queues, SSO.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English, Dutch, and French.
- Master’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent by experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Open to learning new technologies and adapting to new challenges.
